Mark grew up in Southern Illinois. He began fitting hearing aids in 1983. In 1993, he established his family business. He has five children and is a proud and supportive grandfather.

In his free time, Mark enjoys fishing, flying airplanes, cruising, working on cars, and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Mark is committed to educating people on hearing health and helping the world hear better.

Kyle McClintock, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kyle McClintock grew up in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, and is proud to call Central Illinois home. After college, Kyle served six years of active duty in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member. His time in the Air Force shaped the way he approaches both life and his career, instilling in him a strong commitment to integrity, service, and doing things the right way.

After completing his military service, Kyle returned home and joined his family’s hearing healthcare business as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. With more than 16 years of experience fitting hearing instruments, Kyle has had the privilege of helping thousands of people hear better and reconnect with the people and sounds that mean the most to them.

For Kyle, hearing care is about much more than technology or hearing instruments. It is about people. It is about helping someone enjoy a conversation around the dinner table, hear their grandchildren laugh, or simply feel connected to the world around them again. Being able to make that kind of difference in someone’s life is what Kyle finds most rewarding about his work.

Kyle believes that every patient deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. He takes the time to listen to each person’s needs and works to find solutions that fit their lifestyle, not simply their hearing loss.

When he is away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports. He also enjoys traveling and giving back to the community by coaching youth football. Whether he is working with a patient, coaching a young athlete, or spending time with his family, Kyle brings the same values that have guided him throughout his life.

Kyle strongly believes in the United States Air Force core values and strives to live by them every day:
