Hi would like to leave a little note about the care I have received at Audibel Hearing Service in Peoria il 7800 Sommer St. They have been amazing and very caring never had hearing aids before but I try my best to wear them all the time the hearing aids seem to help me with ringing in my ears not to be so loud. I've had a few issues with my right ear hurting and Dr Drew has went above and beyond to help and each time I vist this office is very caring!!

We love going to Audible in Peoria. Years ago we went to Drew in Galesburg. He helped my husband a lot. Then he left that practice and went to another Audible. We really missed him. So happy he is back and now I am wearing aids. Love them and Drew's care of us. He is so caring and helpful. If you need help hearing go see him.

I have been going to Help You Hear for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience rather it be getting my hearing checked or questions about my devices. I just stopped in to get more batteries for my hearing aids and the staff is always polite and professional.

My experience with Help U Hear couldn’t be better. Sarah has been attentive and understanding no matter what I need help with, even if she had already explained something once or twice before. When I had a difficulty needing prompt attention, I got it. I had a hearing evaluation done else where but when I did a price check, the cost for the same hearing aids was considerably lower at Help U Hear and he service is excellent.

“My hearing loss began many years ago when I was working as a bedside nurse. I noticed that I was having difficulty hearing the heartbeats of patients with a stethoscope. A hearing test showed that I had a mild hearing loss in both ears. It was the kind of hearing loss that happens when the 3 little bones in the ear become spongy. That change causes the sound waves to be diminished as they go into the ear. I had surgery on both ears which improved my hearing for a few years. Eventually the hearing loss returned. Thankfully, hearing aids are a successful treatment for this kind of hearing loss because what’s needed is an increase in the volume of sound. And so, I began wearing hearing aids in my early 30’s. My hearing loss has slowly progressed over the years. Now, I’m very dependent on my aids. The technology that’s being used to improve hearing aids is remarkable. With my Audibel aids, I hear most conversations pretty well, and I continue to enjoy listening to music.”

“I went to Kyle McClintock, HIS, because my hearing aids that I had purchased at a local competitor in 2008 were not working correctly, they would have to keep sending them in to be repaired. I have been really happy with Kyle and his staff always friendly and the main thing he set me up with a Bluetooth set of hearing aids which are controlled by my IPhone and I can control in meetings and different crowds.
