We love going to Audible in Peoria. Years ago we went to Drew in Galesburg. He helped my husband a lot. Then he left that practice and went to another Audible. We really missed him. So happy he is back and now I am wearing aids. Love them and Drew's care of us. He is so caring and helpful. If you need help hearing go see him.

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism I received from this office. Receptionist was so kind and patient. Dr. Milliken thorough in examining my ears. This is an excellent company to have your hearing tested. The technicians are kind and gentle. Instead of headphones which can be uncomfortable , they used tiny little leads that go straight into the ear on my exam today. Taking the hearing test is so much more comfortable with this method! I've worn hearing aids for many years and from them for a couple of years. Before this company, I dreaded having my hearing tested. The staff at Help you Hear make you feel so comfortable that I look forward to appointments with them. I just had my hearing tested again and ordered a new pair. I love the hearing aids that are rechargeable! No fumbling with tiny batteries. Don't hesitate in choosing this wonderful company.

I called with terrible ear wax build up that was causing me not to be able to hear and with that it was impacting my driving as well. They were able to get me in right away which was a blessing all in itself. I went in unable to hear when I finished I was able to hear birds chirping again. This place has changed the game for me. I will always come back to them, as they are my ear hero's. A definitely recommend!

“My hearing loss began many years ago when I was working as a bedside nurse. I noticed that I was having difficulty hearing the heartbeats of patients with a stethoscope. A hearing test showed that I had a mild hearing loss in both ears. It was the kind of hearing loss that happens when the 3 little bones in the ear become spongy. That change causes the sound waves to be diminished as they go into the ear. I had surgery on both ears which improved my hearing for a few years. Eventually the hearing loss returned. Thankfully, hearing aids are a successful treatment for this kind of hearing loss because what’s needed is an increase in the volume of sound. And so, I began wearing hearing aids in my early 30’s. My hearing loss has slowly progressed over the years. Now, I’m very dependent on my aids. The technology that’s being used to improve hearing aids is remarkable. With my Audibel aids, I hear most conversations pretty well, and I continue to enjoy listening to music.”

“I went to Kyle McClintock, HIS, because my hearing aids that I had purchased at a local competitor in 2008 were not working correctly, they would have to keep sending them in to be repaired. I have been really happy with Kyle and his staff always friendly and the main thing he set me up with a Bluetooth set of hearing aids which are controlled by my IPhone and I can control in meetings and different crowds.
